TABLE SUPPORT PATHS

Help When You Need It at the Tables

Questions can come up mid-session — a disconnected hand, a deposit that has not reflected, or an account step holding you up. Here is how to reach us while you are playing blackjack.

Live Chat Reach the support team through the live chat icon in the lobby. It connects you to an agent who can check your account status and escalate open hands or wallet issues without delay.
Account Wallet Help If a JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast transfer has not reflected in your balance before a session, open a ticket directly from the cashier screen — reference your transaction ID for the fastest resolution.
Table Dispute Process Hands that end abnormally due to a stream drop are logged automatically. Contact support with the table name and approximate time; our team reviews the round record and responds with an outcome.
pk764 What Our Blackjack Lobby Covers

What Our Blackjack Lobby Covers

Our blackjack section pulls tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, two studios that run high-uptime streams with trained dealers. You will find standard blackjack alongside Infinite Blackjack — the variant that opens every seat so you never wait for a spot — and Speed Blackjack, where decisions are prompted faster for players who want shorter rounds. Side bets like Perfect Pairs

and 21+3 appear on several tables. RTP figures are shown on individual tables where the provider publishes them; we do not invent figures for tables where none is disclosed. The lobby filters by table limit and variant, so you can find the room that fits your account balance without scrolling through the entire live casino.

FAIR PLAY STANDARDS

How We Run Blackjack Fairly

We hold our blackjack tables to a clear set of operational standards. Here is what that looks like in practice for anyone assessing whether to play here.

Studio-Certified Streams

Tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are produced in certified studio environments. Both providers operate under independent testing frameworks that cover card shuffle integrity and deal procedures.

Disclosed RTP Only

We show RTP where the table provider publishes a verified figure. No invented percentages appear on our table cards — if the field is blank, the provider has not disclosed a number and we do not fill it in.

Encrypted Account Sessions

All account sessions run over SSL. Your login, wallet balance, and hand history are protected in transit. We do not store payment credentials — transactions flow through the JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast rails directly.

Provider Accountability

If a table goes down mid-round, the provider's system logs the state. We coordinate with the studio to resolve disputed hands using that record, not a manual reconstruction. Players in Karachi and across Pakistan are covered under the same process.

Blackjack Terms Explained

A quick reference for terms that come up in the live blackjack lobby — what each one actually means in plain language.

What is a soft hand in blackjack?

A hand containing an Ace counted as eleven. It is called soft because you cannot bust on a single hit — the Ace drops to one if the total would exceed twenty-one.

What does doubling down mean?

Doubling your original bet after seeing your first two cards, in exchange for receiving exactly one more card. Most tables allow it on any two-card total, though rules vary by variant.

What is a side bet in live blackjack?

An optional wager placed before the deal on a specific outcome — Perfect Pairs bets on your first two cards matching, while 21+3 uses your two cards plus the dealer's upcard to form a poker hand.

What is Infinite Blackjack?

A live variant where an unlimited number of seats are open simultaneously. Every player acts on the same initial two cards, then makes independent decisions from the split point onward.

What does the dealer standing on soft 17 mean?

A rule where the dealer must stand on any seventeen that includes an Ace counted as eleven. It slightly narrows the house edge compared to tables where the dealer hits soft seventeen.

What is a push in blackjack?

A tied outcome where your hand total matches the dealer's. Your stake is returned to your balance with no win and no loss — it does not count as a resolved hand for side bet purposes.

Common Questions About Our Blackjack Tables

Straightforward answers to what people ask before and after joining the live blackjack lobby.

Our live section carries classic blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, and Speed Blackjack from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Table availability can shift; the lobby filter shows what is live right now.

Yes. The lobby is built for mobile browsers and does not require a separate download. The table stream and betting controls scale to your screen automatically — returning users land straight in the lobby after a quick OTP login.

Open the cashier, choose JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Raast, enter the amount, and confirm with your wallet PIN. Your balance usually updates before you finish navigating to the blackjack section.

Table minimums differ by room. The lobby displays the limit range on each table card before you sit down, so you can match a table to your balance without opening it first.

The studio system logs the hand state at the point of disconnection. Reconnect and return to the table — the round outcome will be recorded and your balance adjusted accordingly. Contact support if the adjustment does not appear.

Access depends on local law and the eligible regions we serve. Where permitted, the full live blackjack lobby is available. Check your account region settings or contact support to confirm your access status.
